Program fees are refundable prior to the start date of the first class. Advanced aquatic and first aid course fees are refundable up to two weeks prior to course start date.
Refunds will not be given on or after start date except for medical reasons (doctor's note required).
A service charge of $10 is applicable for every refund.
Membership refunds on annual memberships are given for valid medical reasons only (doctor's note required). If you move, your membership can be transferred to your new YMCA.
Continuous monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to YMCA Membership Services 10 days prior to your withdrawal date.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
