Child and Teen Programs

Now, more than ever, youth need opportunities to get active and learn to live a healthy lifestyle. 

Our ultimate goal is for children, youth and families to embrace fun, healthy habits that become a lifelong practice. With an emphasis on total health in spirit, mind and body, YMCA programs instill values of caring, honesty, inclusiveness, respect and responsibility.

The YMCA Health, Fitness & Aquatics Facility hosts plenty of programming geared directly to youth and families. Weight training for teens, story time for tots and kung fu for older kids are examples of programs taking place every day in our building. Youth are encouraged to work at their own pace, build lasting relationships and lay the foundation for active, well-rounded lives.
