Youth Job Connection Summer provides paid pre-employment training, job opportunities and mentorship to high school students aged 15-18. As an employer you have the opportunity to provide valuable work experience to high school students who are returning to high school or have graduated and will be attending post-secondary education in the fall. A financial incentive is available to help cover the costs of wages and training.

The Youth Job Connection Summer program also offers a financial incentive to employers looking to hire high school students during the school year. Students must be between the ages of 15-18 and attending high school. Placements during the school year cannot exceed 10 hours per week and must not overlap with school hours.
