Rental Property Administrator - for non-profit housing
Job includes 4 main areas of responsibility:
*** Office Administration & Bookkeeping - including monthly financial reports, banking, mail, and general office duties
*** Financial Management - issuing arrears notices, pursue collection of rent arrears, review and submit invoices & cheque requisitions to Treasurer
*** Tenant Administration - conducting unit tours, reviewing applications, dealing with complaints, maintain full occupancy, prepare move in, move out, and annual inspection reports
*** Property Maintenance -carry out inspections, maintain general cleanliness, respond to requests for repair work, administer warranty inspections and claims
