Office administration assistant required for furniture manufacturing company. This multi-faceted position will include (but is not limited to) answering the telephone, assisting with general customer inquiries, computer data entry, research, filing, shipping, etc.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized, flexible and creative, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills and an attention to detail. Computer skills are essential (preferably on both Mac and PC platform) – knowledge of MS Office important, and database software would be an asset.
Work hours are 4 hours per day, Mon – Friday, with the possibility of increasing hours in the future. Scheduling can be flexible. Wages dependent on experience.
