Administrative Assistant/Resource Worker

Job Description:

Responsibilities: Coordinate key office functions in a busy office environment including providing welcoming customer service; office management; maintain office inventory; file and archive; operate and troubleshoot phone and other equipment; collecting, inputting and reporting statistical data.

Competencies:

  • Minimum Post-secondary degree/diploma in related discipline plus related experience in office environment
  • Experience coordinating key office functions in a busy office environment
  • Excellent computer skills, experienced in Microsoft applications with advanced skills in Word & Excel. Experience with Adobe, Publisher & websites an asset
  • Communicates in a thorough, clear and friendly manner
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with constant interruptions
  • Seeks and finds solutions to problems without waiting for direction.
  • Detail oriented with high expectations, ensuring quality service provision.
