We're looking for an highly motivated team player to join our expanding team as a bookkeeper / office Admin. This individual will be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:

Reconciliations (Bank, payments, GL's) * Banking * Payroll * A/P, A/R * Tax / remittance filings (HST, WSIB, T4, installments) * Issuing T4's, ROE's * Managing employee benefit plan and vacation /time off schedule. This role is key support to the Office Manager in all front office functions and is the secondary point of customer contact; providing ongoing customer service through problem solving, analyzing challenges, providing solutions, and completing jobs in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 Years full cycle bookkeeping experience
  • Min 1-2 years office admin experience
  • Post secondary degree/diploma in Accounting / Business Administration
  • Competency with QuickBooks
  • Strong working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Suite
