We are primarily focused on helping small business owners achieve their goals by performing some of the non-core administrative tasks for them. Services include bookkeeping, payroll, preparing HST returns, personal and corporate tax returns, and preparing financial statements. We are a sole proprietor accountant’s office and have been experiencing significant growth and are looking to expand our team.
Looking for a full-time employee and perhaps a part time person as well. Duties will include:

Preferred qualifications: • Post secondary education related to bookkeeping, finance or business • Well developed communication skills and ability to work with clients • Computer literate (QuickBooks, Excel, email) with general competency with office equipment • Ability to prioritize work and multitask • Aptitude for ethical behaviour and working with confidential information • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and the ability to input data clearly and consistently
