Must be flexible and able to work any shift: 8am-4pm / 4pm- 12pm / 12pm-8am including Saturdays and Sundays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Greet guest and patrons as they arrive
*Manage the registration process
*Handle guests check in and check outs
*Compute bills and take payments
*Balance cash and credit cards at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports
*Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining recommendations, sports facilities and travel directions
*Answers phone in professional manner,
Experience is an asset, but will train.
