Our program is operated by CMHA. We are funded by the South West Local Health Integration Network and Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to provide housing and support for adults recovering from serious mental illness. The program provides affordable housing, support and skills training in three residential settings as well as a range of outreach support and social/recreation/rehabilitation services.
We are inviting applications for Residential Support Worker positions on a full-time, contract basis to provide support services for people who live in our group homes. It involves mild to moderate levels of physical activity, including the provision of practical assistance in household maintenance tasks and participation in various recreational activities.

Hours of work will vary based on program needs, 150 hours in a 4-week period / shifts are 8:30-4:30 or 8:30-7:00, schedule may change to accommodate vacation requests / on-call responsibilities / program needs and will include work on some statutory holidays
