    St. John Amublance is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to enable Canadians to improve their health, safety, and quality of life by providing first aid training and community service. As a Therapy Dog Volunteer, you visit the sick and/or elderly with your dog at local nursing homes or hospitals. Allow those you visit to benefit from the petting and love of a dog. Your dog must be well groomed with current vet records. Only 1 hour/week is required. You schedule your visits around what works best for you; however, you must maintain a regular visit at same time/day each week.
