During the month of November YMCA members are encouraged to bring a friend for a day. Try a class together, go swimming or use the Fitness Centre together. Working out is always better with a friend plus you have a chance to win some amazing prizes!

RULES

Members can bring as many friends as they like but not the same friend twice. One visit per friend. Members will automatically get a ballot for every guest they bring. The more guests a member brings the more chances you have to win. Guests who sign up for a Membership will get 2-weeks free if they sign up by November 30th. One-time registration fee is required. Winners will be selected on December 1st and announced on this web page as well as on our social media channels. Chances will depend on the number of participants so bring as many friends as you can!
