For just $20, join others in our fun group fitness classes, state-of-the-art conditioning centre, swimming pools and gymnasium for sports and recreation activities. Our friendly and welcoming staff are here to inspire and motivate you to get started and keep going. Our YMCA facility has it all:
- Fitness Centre
You’ll feel confident and supported in our fitness centre. At the YMCA we have what you need to help you reach your goals including a fully stocked fitness floor, our helpful staff and an inclusive environment.
- Group Classes
Group Fitness Classes are an immersive experience for all. You’ll feel motivated in a supportive and fun environment while nurturing your mind and body. Join us for Boot Camp, Cardio: Mix, Gravity, Yoga and more.
- Aquatics
You’ll feel great with a wide variety of aquatics programs for all ages and stages. Relax your muscles in our warm leisure pool, enjoy a Lane Swim in the lane pool or an AquaFit class in either, the YMCA has all of your favourite aquatics programs.
- Sports and Rec
Sports and Rec programs are a great way to strengthen our connection with one another. You’ll feel included by joining in on the fun; you’re also building strength in our communities.
