The ultimate goal is to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. There is never a dull moment in the service office. The pressure is always on to quickly and proactively solve customer service calls, while ensuring the team obtains all of the offsetting credits available from the manufacturers. Your quick-wit decision making will ensure that you are providing our customers with the best and fastest solutions, while building positive relationships with our vendor community.

Your credentials

You will have 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Fine-tuned organizational skills, a proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions are a must to be successful in this role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Lotus Notes is required, though we are willing to train the best person.

This job will require evening and weekend shifts, so a flexible schedule is a must.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
