This position is responsible for ensuring customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation, and explantion of required automotive services. Duties include: customer service, answering phones, auditing work orders, payment related transactions, warranty management, filing and other office duties as needed. Successful candidate must be detail oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced team environment. Automotive experience an asset. Part-time to start, leading to full time.
