Job Description:

Reporting to the Social Services Supervisor, the Administrative Clerk will provide reception and clerical support to Clients, the Public and Caseworkers in the service delivery of the Ontario Works Program and Adult Learning Center for Residents of Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation while upholding the internal and external policies.  In addition to providing information, you would find yourself recording and maintaining accounts payable and receivable, preparing bank reconciliations, assisting with office equipment, managing mail, completing data entry and meeting minutes and packages.

Minimum Requirements / Work Experience:

• Post Secondary Diploma in Office Administration

Other Job Requirements:

• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence • Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check

Education Required:

3 Years Experience
