Nothing says Family Day like a FREE fun filled day at your local YMCA!

Location: YMCA Health, Fitness & Aquatics, 700 10th Street East, Owen Sound

Schedule:

Pool

  • Lane Swim (8 Lanes): 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Family Swim (Leisure Pool): 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Family Swim (Both Pools): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Lane Swim (3 Lanes): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Gymnasium

  • Pickleball: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Badminton: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Family Bootcamp: 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Family Gym: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Fitness Centre

  • Gravity: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Stretch: 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM

*Tai Chi will still run 9:00 – 11:30 AM in the Fitness Studio for registered participants.
