Confident Me is an evidence-based program designed to help teens build self-esteem, body confidence, and resilience. Through six interactive 45–60 minute sessions, students explore the impact of social media, advertising, celebrity culture, and appearance ideals on confidence.

Using discussions, activities, videos, and worksheets, students learn to challenge unrealistic beauty standards, reduce appearance-based comparisons, recognize discrimination, and develop positive behaviours.

The program supports students in building healthier body image, stronger self-esteem, and greater confidence in social and academic settings.
