IM&M+ is a 10-week program presented in 3 modules to take you from stuck to soaring

3 Weeks,
3 Days/Week

Reconnect with your strengths, skills, and what matters to you all through meaningful and fun activities. Together we’ll imagine your preferred future — whether it’s finding a job, going back to school, or something different. You’ll learn useful skills like teamwork, communication, and managing stress, all while having some fun along the way! No matter where you’re starting from, In Motion helps you take that first step forward.
4 Weeks,
4 Days/Week

Building on what you’ve started, Momentum helps you keep making progress. You’ll continue working toward your personal goals while working with your group on a Community Project. This project addresses a local need—and it’s a chance for you to practice skills like planning, teamwork, and problem-solving. Along the way, you’ll meet new people, access valuable resources, and build confidence as you move closer to your goals.
3 Weeks,
2 Days/Week

This final module helps you prepare for what’s next. In workshops, you’ll choose topics that interest you—like job searching, education, or wellness. You’ll hear from guest speakers, visit local businesses, and get practical advice. Your facilitator will support you in putting your plans into action and connecting you to community resources that can help you succeed. Whatever your goals, Momentum+ helps you get there.
