Part time permanent Front Store Supervisor position to be filled.

This role is for 8-28 hours per week, flexible schedule but will include closing shifts until 8pm and every other weekend rotation. 

Duties to include:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: handling calls and in person inquiries
• SUPERVISING STAFF: ensure all standards and protocols are followed, safety measures are followed and tasks assigned completed
• MERCHANDISING: set up/take down displays, fill shelves and maintain product rotation schedule, ensure shelves are neat and organized. Stock items according to planograms. Other tasks as assigned to ensure store image is up to standards
• LOSS PREVENTION: ensure procedures are adhered to, manage cash office inventories and cashier tracking reports.

We are seeking someone with customer service, cash handling experience and supervisory skills. Computer literacy, great attitude and willing to learn new procedures are expected.

There will be time to train up in other departments of the store when the opportunities are available.
