Look no further! We’re hiring painters for 2024-2025! This is a growing company based in Grey/ Bruce County (Canada) that is looking for painters to complete projects all across Cottage Country!

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting/staining projects and will be a pro in no time!
- Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
- Strong communication skills

Payment Structure:
- We offer a base rate ranging from $20-23/hour
- High-performance bonuses available
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality
- Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project
- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner
- Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients
Painters are responsible for arriving at the worksite promptly in a clean, professional uniform. They are responsible for setting up the job site, which includes meeting the homeowner and reviewing the work. Painters are responsible for ensuring that the client’s home is protected from paint drips, and safety is always a top priority.
Painters will clean and prepare the areas to be painted. This includes splacking holes, caulking cracks and sanding rough spots. After which they will paint or stain the areas using both brushes and rollers. After the project is completed, the painters show the client and do any final touch-ups before beginning clean-up.
Training is provided to all painters; previous painting experience is not needed. Before beginning work, all painters must complete several job site and workplace safety courses. They are expected to follow safety protocols, consult the on-site safety binder, and on-site, check ups are conducted by supervisors.
Painters also learn organization, time management, leadership, and communication with clients and teammates. Our painters develop excellent work ethic and confidence in themselves that is earned through completing projects with high customer satisfaction. In addition, a positive and growth mindset is strongly encouraged.
Company Description
We are a local, student-owned, operated business in the Bruce/Grey County area. We focus on providing an exceptional work experience for local students that helps them improve their skills and gain work experience by providing outstanding service to homeowners.
We offer compressive home maintenance in the form of both interior and exterior house painting and wood staining. This includes surface preparation and surface cleaning, followed by applying paints and primers to beautify and maintain homes. We also complete deck, fence and wood staining. Our services are offered to residential homeowners.
All team members complete thorough training in worksite safety, including but not limited to working at heights, fall protection, ladder safety, WHMIS, MMH, MSD, workplace violence and harassment and COVID-19. In addition, bi-weekly safety meetings with mandatory signed-off safety tips are administered throughout the working season.
