Company Description
We are a small organic farm near Neustadt and Ayton. At Fair Fields, we grow asparagus, rhubarb, strawberries, sweet corn and pumpkins, all of which we sell on-farm and through small scale wholesale. The rhubarb and strawberries are also sold through u-pick. This year, we hope to get a pair of Clydsdale mares (draft horses) to help work the fields and eventually the woods. Each year we take on 3 main staff members and additional strawberry pickers during our peak strawberry season.
