• Rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring

•  Joinery work that includes installing joists and studs, installing flashing and securing structural supports

• Working with general contractors, clients and suppliers to complete projects within time and resource constraints

• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings and building in compliance with local code standards

• Working at heights

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions 
• Cutting materials based on specifications
• Keep jobsite clean and tidy at all times
• Work as team player as well as independently
