Responsibilities:

· Maintain gardens including mulching, pruning, planting, grooming, fertilizing, removing debris, edging and weeding

· Raking soil and installing sod

· Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Must have the following qualifications:

· At least two years experience in gardening and landscape maintenance.

· Able to lead a crew of 2-4 people

· Exceptional job site organization

· Work diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality

· Physically fit for heavy lifting

· Strong communication skills

· Clean valid drivers license is essential

Strong knowledge and passion for the following:

· Good understanding of interpreting landscape drawings

· Planting and maintenance of trees and shrubs

· Experience with lawn and garden equipment
