Bear Wheel & Brake is seeking a full time Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be a dedicated personable team player, detail oriented and ability to multi-task in our busy automotive shop.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers, handle inquiries and answer phones.
• Schedule appointments by phone and in person.
• Calling for parts, estimating vehicle repairs and invoicing customers.
• Accepting payments.
• Preparing work orders for technicians with vehicle issues & details.
• Calling customers with concerns pertaining to vehicle, explaining repairs required.
• Data entry for incoming parts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the automotive industry an asset.
• Experience with aftermarket warranty processing an asset.
• Strong organization & communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license & clean drivers abstract
