YMCA Personal Training is a one-on-one service designed to help you reach your individual health and fitness goals with expert guidance and support. Whether you’re working toward weight loss, managing an injury, building strength, or preparing for an event, your certified YMCA trainer will create a custom workout plan tailored to your needs, abilities and lifestyle.

With regular coaching sessions, your trainer will help you stay motivated, build confidence, and move safely.

Get Started

You must have an active YMCA membership to access Personal Training.

Start with a Goal Consult (if applicable), where you and your trainer will discuss your goals, nutrition, progress, and other health topics.

We’ll match you with a trainer and together you’ll find the best time for your sessions.

From there, we’ll keep you motivated and on track to reach your fitness goals!

If you prefer a guided program but enjoy working independently, our YThrive program might be the perfect fit for you. YThrive offers personalized coaching combined with the flexibility to work out on your own schedule.

Cancelled, Rescheduled or Missed Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

When you schedule a session with us, we reserve that block of time especially for you. We recognize that your time is valuable, as is ours. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel, reschedule or miss your appointment without providing 24 hours’ notice, the scheduled session will be deducted from your purchased personal training package.

I hold certifications in Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant, Advanced Training Systems Coach, Sports Performance Coach, Weightlifting Coach, Speed & Agility Coach, Barbell Rehab Method, and 200HR Yoga Teacher. My approach blends strength, movement efficiency, and injury prevention.
