Step 2: Schedule your First YThrive Coaching Appointment
Visit our Welcome Desk to request your first YThrive coaching appointment.
Step 3: Attend Your First YThrive Coaching Appointment
Meet your YThrive Coach at the designated date, time and location. Discuss your goals and receive your YThrive website login and workout plan.
Step 4: Progress
Progress through the 6-month program with regular check ins and coaching appointments.

YTHRIVE is a 6-month fitness program to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Participants meet with a YMCA coach regularly to learn the workouts safely and get the support needed to keep going. The exercises can be completed at your convenience and the goal is to provide you with effective routines so you can get the most of your workouts.
YTHRIVE helps you gain the skills, knowledge and confidence on the weight floor so you can get the most of your workouts. There are no additional costs, and the exercises can be completed on your own time and schedule.
Personal Trainers will work one-to-one with you to understand your health history, short- and long-term goals and develop a customized plan to get you there.
No, YTHRIVE is completely free for YMCA members. It’s a complimentary service included with your YMCA membership, giving you access to exclusive programs, resources, and member benefits.
Meet with a YTHRIVE coach who will work with you to assess your situation. Although many of the exercises can be adapted to accommodate specific limitations or restrictions, it is essential to prioritize your safety and well-being when engaging in any physical activity.
