- February 4, 10:00 AM – The Produce Club: Sample produce and learn all about their program.
- February 10-13 – Pop-up Fitness Classes: More times to try some popular group fitness classes.

- HIIT – Feb 12, 4:00 – 4:45 PM (Fitness Centre)
- Gravity – Feb 13, 12:30 – 1:00 PM (Fitness Centre)
- February 16 – Family Day at the Y: Bring your friends and family for a special FREE event. Schedule coming soon!
- February 23-27 – MultiBall Orientations: Try out our new interactive sports wall (MultiBall) in program rooms 2 & 3. Registration required and opening soon!
